Caution on Bubble Release
When fast drying, powder, or soluble paint is used, water may overflow from the water tank as it releases bubbles. This causes a phenomenon such as ripples, eliminator clogging, or rising water level, resulting in degraded performance. Suppress bubble release by removing sludge frequently or using an antifoam agent.
About pH Control
The treatment agent makes water alkaline to slow the corrosion process of the water tank and other components. However, if the acidity of the paint used is high, it cannot be neutralized with the treatment agent alone. In that case, an alkaline agent needs to be used separately.

Usage Method (SK-410)

Initial Use
The following table shows the amount of agent to be used for the first time or after water has been replaced.

* 2 Put the treatment agent little by little while checking the sludge condition and bubble release condition. In the case of a soluble paint, putting a large amount of agent (about 1 kg) at once can have an aggregation effect. Since this powerful aggregation effect generates a large amount of sludge, care needs to be taken about the filtering net becoming clogged.
* 3 Basically, pH adjustment is not necessary. However, if the acidity of the paint used is pH7 or less, or if the acidity of the booth water is pH7 or less due to the previously used treatment agent remaining, adjust the pH level to prevent the corrosion of the booth, by adding a commercially available sodium hydroxide solution (pH adjustment agent) little by little while paying attention to bubble release.

Daily Use
The following table describes the items of daily management. The basic information is provided here; make necessary adjustments based on the sludge condition. 1. Put the treatment agent in installments (morning and noon) for effectively making the paint incohesive.
2. Put a large amount of agent at the end of work (evening) for easy sludge collection.

* 4 In the case of a soluble paint, putting a large amount of agent (about 1 kg) at once can have an aggregation effect. When you wish to separate and collect sludge without using the treatment agent daily, it is recommended to add a sufficient amount of Sludge Killer for the accumulated sludge at once. Since the powerful aggregation effect generates a large amount of sludge, care needs to be taken about the filtering net becoming clogged.
* 5 Basically, pH adjustment is not necessary. However, if a highly acid paint is used, adjust the pH level to prevent the corrosion of the booth, by adding a commercially available sodium hydroxide solution (pH adjustment agent).
